Delivery Notes
  1. Nissin Online Store only accepts Paypal for payment method.

  2. Purchases are couriered to international, contact us for further assistance before placing the order.

  3. P.O. boxes is acceptable in international destinations (excluding U.S. and some destinations), contact us for further assistance.

  4. Delivery fee will be charged for international order.

  5. VAT is not included in the price shown on the Nissin Online Store, the courier will charge the VAT from the customer to pay any inbound VAT which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

  6. Customer service department will contact you for the delivery date within 2-3 business days upon the order payment is confirmed.
    Order will be delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday)

  7. Signature is required for all deliveries. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, courier may leave a deliver attempt notice. Please contact the courier again to arrange another delivery time. Nissin Marketing Limited reserves the right to request extra delivery expenses.

  8. Nissin Marketing Limited will not verify the customer identity and bears no responsibility for this.

  9. Nissin Marketing Limited offers an exchange within 7-days after receiving all purchase directly from Nissin Online Store. Below products are not eligible for exchange: PS 8, Power Pack Battery.
    * Power Pack Battery will be granted for 3-months warranty and another products will be granted for 1-year warranty (from the date of receiving).

  10. Exchange will not be honoured if the product is damaged by accident, mishandling or failure to follow the instructions (i.e. damage to be caused by the use of the product outside the specific environment, including but not limited to using incorrect batteries, battery leakage occurred, dust / mold / water / soil found inside article.)

  11. No refunds.

  12. Nissin Marketing Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
