The bare bulb comparison shots really show how much the light spread changes, which is something the manual never explains clearly. I tried this on my own MG80 after watching your video and got the same results. I also used Meowdoku to compare the zoom positions side by side and it made everything easier to understand.
Grazie Stefano, finalmente qualcuno che mostra la differenza reale tra le varie ampiezze di parabola senza limitarsi ai numeri sul display. Il confronto tra la modalità bare bulb e il 24mm è proprio quello che mi serviva per capire quando vale la pena togliere il diffusore. A proposito di test visivi, ultimamente uso anche un tool per simulare l'effetto "low quality image" quando voglio vedere come regge una foto compressa prima di pubblicarla sui social, e il paragone con le tue immagini mi fa pensare che il MG80 abbia una resa davvero omogenea anche nelle posizioni intermedie.
